As architect and sole practitioner, Bonnie oversees every project from initial concept through completion and provides personalized service with attention to detail. Core services include schematic design, project planning and entitlements, design development, construction documents, building permitting, and construction administration. Projects are coordinated with a network of consultants and contractors as needed.
Bonnie’s experience spans both single-family and multi-family residential architecture, covering a wide range of scale and complexity. In addition to working with homeowners, BESHDA consults for building professionals seeking assistance with project planning and permitting, 3D visualization and rendering, and construction documentation.
